Whine House Returns and Exchanges
At Whine House, we take great pride in the excellence of our products and your satisfaction. Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, we are here to assist you.
Standard Returns Policy You may return your Whine House purchase for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless process, items must be in immaculate condition, complete with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Kindly note that shipping charges from your initial purchase are non-refundable.
Holiday Return Policy For your convenience, purchases made from November 21, 2025, onwards are eligible for return or exchange through January 5, 2026.
Product Eligibility To uphold the integrity of our exquisite collection:
Items must remain unused and pristine, with tags and all original accompaniments intact.
Returns cannot be accepted for items that are altered, soiled, or damaged.
The following items are non-returnable: masks, swimwear, tights, underwear, lingerie, eyewear with prescription lenses, personalized pieces, and made-to-order creations.
Returns or exchanges must be processed within the country of purchase.
Effortless Mail Returns
Complete our online Returns Form to initiate your return.
Select the item(s) and specify the reason for return.
Affix the included pre-paid shipping label to your parcel. If a replacement label is required, please contact us. Please note that Whine House cannot be held responsible for returns sent via other methods.
Drop off your parcel at any FedEx location or schedule a convenient pickup.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. If the return fails to meet eligibility criteria, the item will be returned to you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and confirmation will be sent via email. Please allow up to 15 days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Exclusive Exchange Policy Exchanges are limited to the same item and price, available in an alternative size or color. A maximum of two exchanges is permitted per item.

Your new item will be shipped to the delivery address associated with your original order.
